🎯 Cause I’m PMP — I’m dynamite!
I’m proud to share that I’ve officially earned the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from Project Management Institute, one of the most respected and globally recognized credentials in project management.
The exam wasn’t easy — and that’s the point. PMP sets a high bar, testing not just knowledge but the ability to lead complex, high-stakes projects in real-world scenarios. I’m proud to have passed with the result Above Target / Target / Above Target, and I now join a global community of professionals who are committed to delivering results with clarity, discipline, and integrity.
This journey took dedication, focus, and belief in the process — and I didn’t do it alone.
🙏 I want to thank:
- My wife, Khrystyna Krokhmalna – Demian for her unwavering support during long evenings and countless study sessions.
- My colleagues, who shared their real-world experience and helped shape my career.
- Everyone who encouraged me along the way.
- A special thanks to the KnowledgeMap platform, created by Anatolii Savin, and to my colleague Oleksandr Kondratynskyi, who recommended it. It was by far the best resource I used — enabling me to prepare independently in just under two months.
- 📌 For anyone considering the PMP journey: it’s challenging, but it’s worth it.
Let’s keep raising the bar in project leadership.
P.S. This post was written two weeks before the exam — because I truly believed in myself:)
Sometimes, believing is the first project to manage.
