I recently earned the Cognitive Project Management for AI (CPMAI v7) certification from the Project Management Institute. This was a valuable learning experience that expanded my understanding of AI project lifecycles, algorithms, data pipelines, data dimensions, feature engineering, and other aspects of AI magic. It gave me a clearer view of the specific challenges and hidden constraints behind many modern AI products.
Building on my PMP background, CPMAI has helped me bridge the gap between traditional project management and the unique demands of AI and data-driven initiatives.
