🤖 Pursuing the CPMAI and looking for study tips!
The CPMAI (Certified Project Manager in Artificial Intelligence) is one of the first certifications specifically designed for managing AI-driven projects end-to-end. While I may be one of the first in my network to take the exam, I figured — why not ask?
Why would I even want this certification, huh? Great question.
AI project management is showing up as a requirement in cross-functional roles across nearly every industry. My honest take: many of those organizations haven’t truly ventured down the road of real AI implementation yet. But I want to be ready — so that when I do bring AI into a project, it’s done right. No wasted time or money.
I’m currently using Knowledge Map to prep, and I’d rather not spend another $99 on the PMI practice exam after the course investment. So I’m turning to my network!
I’m especially looking to hear from people with hands-on experience deploying AI at the organizational level. Not just using ChatGPT to streamline your inbox, but actually integrating AI into business operations, workflows, or products.
What study tools helped you pass? And more importantly; what do you wish you’d known before starting?
