Oleksandra Taranova, PMP

I am pleased to share that I have successfully passed the PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification exam from Project Management Institute.

For me, this certification is valuable not only as a professional milestone, but also as an independent validation of knowledge and practices that align with globally recognized project management standards.

My sincere gratitude goes to Anatolii Savin and KnowledgeMap for outstanding training and guidance throughout the preparation journey. The structured approach, practical insights, and deep expertise were instrumental in helping me to achieve certification on my first attempt, with Above Target results across all three performance domains: People, Process, and Business Environment.

Preparing for the exam while leading a complex commercial project turned out to be an interesting challenge in itself. Balancing delivery responsibilities, study commitments, and the realities of working from Kyiv during wartime required disciplined prioritization, effective time management, and continuous risk assessment – skills that are just as relevant in project delivery as they are in exam preparation.

I look forward to applying the knowledge, tools, and leadership principles reinforced through the PMP journey to future SAP implementation projects at EigenMethod and to continuing to grow as a project leader.

Thank you to everyone who shared advice, encouragement, and support along the way.
