Alfa-Bank is one of the largest private commercial banks in Russia.
In July 2015, four experienced project managers of the Ukrainian branch of the bank desired to get the PMP certification.
They ordered a PMP preparation course of Anatoly Savin and used the Knowledge Map for pre-testing, deep testing of various knowledge areas, progress tracking and as a PMP exam simulator.
As a result, two of four project managers become PMP.
An interesting fact – later in May 2017, they ordered another training from Anatoly Savin – Project Risk Management.
