Collaborate with Stakeholders Task includes the following enablers:

• Evaluate engagement needs for stakeholders
• Optimize alignment between stakeholder needs, expectations, and project objectives
• Build trust and influence stakeholders to accomplish project objectives

To learn the Collaborate with Stakeholders Task you need:

1. In the PMBOK Guide 7^th Edition, read chapters 2.3, 2.4, 3.2, 3.3 (part ‘Standard’), 2.2, 4.2 (part ‘PMBOK’) and appendixes X2, X3.
2. Read chapters 1.9, 3.3, 4.2, 5.14, 5.24, 6.6, 6.10, 7.12, and 10 (Conflict management, Stakeholder mapping/representation) in the Process Groups: A Practice Guide.
