Moreover, you review and critique the project scope and explore how the project management code of ethics guides your decision-making in challenging scenarios. Additionally, you review how projects can be catalysts for change, driving innovation and transformation.
The task ‘Demonstrate an understanding of the various project life cycles and processes’ includes the following enablers:
- Distinguish between a project, program, and a portfolio.
