You learn to distinguish between different project-related terms such as project, program, and portfolio, as well as project and operations. Understanding the differences between predictive and adaptive approaches is essential. You also delve into the significance of identifying issues, risks, assumptions, and constraints in a project. Moreover, you review and critique the project scope and explore how the project management code of ethics guides your decision-making in challenging scenarios. Additionally, you review how projects can be catalysts for change, driving innovation and transformation.
