PMP Certification, Support Organizational Change Task includes the following enablers:

• Assess organizational culture
• Evaluate the impact of organizational change on the project and determine required actions
• Evaluate the impact of the project on the organization and determine required actions

To learn the Support Organizational Change Task, you need:

1. In the PMBOK Guide 7^th Edition, read chapters 3.12 (part ‘Standard’), 2.3, 4.2 (part ‘PMBOK’) and appendix X3.
2. Read chapters 1.2, 1.6, 2.2, 2.3, 2.5 in the Process Groups: A Practice Guide.
3. Read chapter 6 and appendix X3  in the Agile Practice Guide.
4. Read all the Managing Change in Organizations: A Practice Guide.
