Support Team Performance Task includes the following enablers:

• Appraise team member performance against key performance indicators
• Support and recognize team member growth and development
• Determine appropriate feedback approach

1. In the PMBOK Guide 7^th Edition, read chapters 3.6 (part ‘Standard’) and 2.2, 2.3, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.4 (part ‘PMBOK’).
2. Read chapters 6.5, 6.6, and 9 (Team performance assessments) in the Process Groups: A Practice Guide.
3. Read chapters 4 and 5.4 in the Agile Practice Guide.
