The PMP Certification, Empower Team Members and Stakeholders Task includes the following enablers:

  • Determine and bestow level(s) of decision-making authority

To learn the PMP Empower Team Members and Stakeholders Task you need:

  1. In the PMBOK Guide 7th Edition, read chapters 3.6 (part ‘Standard’), 2.2, 3.3, 3.4 (part ‘PMBOK’), and appendix X2.
  2. Read chapters 3.3, 5.9, 5.12, 5.22, 6.5, and 10 (Motivation) in the Process Groups: A Practice Guide.
  3. Read chapters 4 and X2 in the Agile Practice Guide.
