Today I want to pause and say thank you.
Earning the PfMP® (Portfolio Management Professional) certification is not just about passing an exam. It’s about a long journey of learning, reflection, discipline, and growth. A journey that constantly challenges how you think, prioritize, and make decisions at a strategic level.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who supported me along the way — especially Anatolii Savin and his KnowledgeMap platform, our amazing preparation team and discussions, and my colleagues from the Banza team, especially Anatolii Troshyn and Eugene Lakhtadyr, whose leadership and inspiration motivate me to keep moving forward and constantly learn from the best. I also want to thank my peers and friends for their guidance, honest feedback, encouragement, and belief in me — especially at moments when the path felt intense.
This experience reinforced something very important to me:
portfolio management is not only about frameworks, processes, and models. It’s about people, alignment, trust, and the courage to make difficult decisions for long-term value.
Thank you to the Project Management Institute community for setting such a high standard and two amazing chapters PMI Ukraine Chapter 🇺🇦 and PMI Netherlands Chapter, who shared knowledge, experience, and inspiration throughout this journey.
Proud, grateful, and motivated to keep growing 💙
