If you have 3 years of on-the-job experience (within the last 10 years) in construction projects or built environment projects, you are eligible to take the PMI-CP™ certification exam.

Earning the PMI-CP™ certification is a significant step in advancing your construction management career. Reaching the finish line involves completing several key milestones, but the effort is well worth it.

Step 3: Prepare for and Take the Certification Exam


Important Note

Passing the PMI-CP™ exam requires dedicated effort. Unfortunately, no training system can guarantee a positive result. During the exam, you will be on your own with the questionnaire. Only your knowledge and preparation will help you succeed. All notes, books, smartphones, or outside assistance are prohibited by exam rules.

If you are not ready to make a significant commitment to your future or cannot dedicate the necessary effort, it is advisable to postpone your preparation. Do not waste your time and money.
