Plan and Manage Quality of Products/Deliverables Task includes the following enablers:

  • Determine quality standard required for project deliverables
  • Recommend options for improvement based on quality gaps
  • Continually survey project deliverable quality

  • Given this is a trifle superannuated video aligned with 5 PMBOK – it specifies that Quality assurance focuses solely on the processes quality, not product and data. However – rather the 6 PMBOK clearly distinguishes processes Manage quality and Quality assurance subordinating the second in the boundaries of first. Considering these changes between two versions of the Guide – does the Manage quality process focus on product and data quality as well?

  • The PMBOK, in Quality Management, focuses on product quality and improvement of processes. The data quality is used only for risk management.
