UkrGasVydobuvannya is the largest gas production company in Central and Eastern Europe. In Ukraine, it is a major player specializing in natural gas and gas condensate production.
In July – October 2019, the company organized a series of training courses to align skills and knowledge of project teams with requirements of PMI PMP and Microsoft Project certifications.
They used the Knowledge Map for pre-testing, deep testing of various knowledge areas and post-training testing to assess the quality of the knowledge and skills gathered.
